
AJ is a Business Strategist and Professional Keynote Speaker with more than 20 years’ experience navigating the intersection of business, people and technology. His career has spanned entrepreneurship, consulting and speaking, including engagements from organisations such as Microsoft, Red Hat, Thales, and Nissan.
Today, AJ works with senior leaders on the human side of getting important work done, how people make decisions, influence stakeholders and turn expertise into action when they don’t have direct authority. He has spent more than a decade speaking to senior leaders across seven countries, and is the author of ten business guides and host of two leadership podcasts.
Originally from Darwin, AJ began his career in the Northern Territory before taking his work across Australia and internationally..

Bruce has 20 years experience working with IT and Operational Technology in network, telecommunications and system engineering roles. Bruce has worked in Electricity Generation & Transmission, Railway, Aviation, Emergency Services and Consulting industries. Bruce is the Founder and Principal Cyber Security Architect at BLARGE.
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), Foundation Chartered SABSA Architect (SCF), holds the Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) certificate, GIAC Security Operations Manager (GSOM), GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), an ISA/IEC 62443 Expert, and has attended Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cyber Security training at QUT.
Bruce graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunications) First Class Honours and a Master of Business (Applied Finance) with Distinction from QUT.

Riley is a lead digital forensics and incident response investigator at CyberCX with extensive experience in investigating ransomware, business email compromise and other complex incidents.
Before transitioning to incident response, Riley gained valuable experience in a Security Operations Centre, where he developed and implemented detection strategies to help clients proactively identify and respond to threats.
